Pan Fried Whiting Fillets - Meuniere Style

Ingredients :

  • 280g - Whiting fillets
  • 1 - Lemon, juice
  • 1 - Lemon
  • 100g - Flour
  • 60g - Butter
  • Parsley

 

Method:

  • Remove the pin bones and any fins from the fillet, marinate with some lemon juice, seasoning, coat with flour and remove excess.
  • Heat a pan, add half the butter and fry the fish on one side until brown.
  • Turn over and finish in the oven.
  • Plate the whiting up, put the peeled lemon slices on top.
  • Add the rest of the butter to the pan, add lemon juice and the parsley, pour the brown butter over the fish.
